Meeker Elementary School is seeking to hire a Principal's Secretary/Elementary Registrar. This person acts as a gatekeeper and a liaison, managing communications between the principal, the staff, the parents, the students, and the community.  The highest level of discretion and confidentiality is required regarding all student information, official and personnel matters. This person works with the Elementary Secretary to manage the daily office operations. 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to, a high school diploma or GED and passing a background check. Office management and secretary experience is preferred. Computer skills that include typing, Word, managing a Google account, and navigating the student information system are required. This person must be able to work cooperatively with other office staff, and manage high stress situations and conflict with professionalism, calmness and patience. Time management, organizational skills, ability to multitask and the willingness to learn new things are required. Loving children is also a must. This person will spend quite a bit of time interacting with our students - kindness, patience, and grace are required for meaningful student connections.
